How online purchase works: payment securely purchases Massage-me credit for the selected first month. We then confirm the address, therapist and first appointment with you before activation. If we cannot provide the selected plan at your Algarve address, the credit remains usable for other Massage-me services or you may exercise your applicable consumer rights.

Is this an automatic subscription?
No. The first month can be paid online. We confirm subsequent monthly cycles with you; there is no automatic charge at launch.
When does the membership begin?
Only after we confirm your regular Algarve address, therapist availability and first appointment. Buying online does not guarantee a particular date or therapist.
Can I keep the same therapist?
We prioritise continuity whenever schedules allow, but a specific therapist is not guaranteed. Any replacement is confirmed with you.
What if I need to move a session?
Contact the team as early as possible. Changes depend on availability and the booking and cancellation terms confirmed for your appointment.
Is it available outside the Algarve?
The launch membership is for regular Algarve addresses. For other areas, ask for a tailored regular-service quote; service or travel supplements may apply.
